We shall pay you the content price component of the big total price less the artist fee (‘your earnings’). In order for us to do this, you authorize us to collect payments, credit your Grino Music account with your earnings, and to pay out your earnings to you. We may use another Grino Music Company or a third party company to monitor and regulate proceeds. For transparency, only your earnings from the purchases of your content will be payable to you.
Minimum Pay out:
We’ll make payments based on a certain threshold of amounts. For more information see our help centre. Always check your request payment dialog modal to know our minimum amount for pay-out policy.
Earnings/payment timing and methods:
Ideally, You ask us to hold the balance of your earnings until they are paid out to you as a Grino Music account holder. It is a must to set up automatic payment details, which must be owned by you, the Grino Music account holder. Where your earnings reach a certain threshold of amounts, we make monthly pay-outs of your earnings to your payment destination. Find below when we approve the payment and how to request for pay-out:
- Requesting Pay-out – Artists, Promoters, and Record Labels or any other eligible user, as per regulation, can request payment for the next pay-out cycle scheduled for the 15th to 20th day of every month.
- Pay-out Timing – Grino Music makes pay-out available to all those who requested for payment within the payment cycle. Those whose payment delays due to circumstances beyond control, payment would be made from 3rd to 14th day of every month. Make sure that you fill out your payment details correctly to avoid unnecessary delays.
- When we get a request for payment, note that we shall pay you at the next payment cycle as stated above
- You must provide us with the correct details and payment method when you set your payment destination.
Despite the above description, we reserve the right to pay your earnings to you, at any time, at our discretion when circumstances demand favour. You may bear some or all expenses incurred by us in paying monies to you.
