The following shall amount to some compulsory deductions:
a. Payment methods available for buyers to buy your contents involve payment agents that have their own standard terms and conditions regarding refunds, chargebacks, fees and inartistic transactions (which we don’t control). If Grino Music transaction on a content is subject to payment agents’ refunds, chargeback, fees for inartistic transactions, we may automatically deduct those charges from your Grino Music account.
b. You or we may also decide to issue a credit or refund to a buyer in certain circumstances. Most certainly, when involving issues with your content with respect to the Grino Music Refund Rules. If that happens, we reserve the right to deduct from your Grino Music account any charges that could otherwise be payable to you at any time.
c. If you breach any warranty you have made to us, we may offset any charge that we have to pay to anyone else as a result of your breach of contract.
