a. We provide the Grino Music Platform and its related services, not the items on the Grino Music Platform sites.
b. You indemnify us against all losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, demands or liability that we incur arising out of, or in connection with, a third-party claim against us relating to your use of Grino Music Platform and any content you post to Grino Music Platform.
c. If you are a buyer, you agree that we are not responsible for, and you release us from liability arising out of or in connection with:
i. The items on Grino Music Platform.
ii. Information provided by copyright owners about their items (including on any item page).
iii. Your use of items from Grino Music Platform.
d. Our liability to you in connection with Grino Music Platform or these terms, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, we exclude liability for any of these things incurred by you:
i. Loss of revenue.
ii. Loss of profit.
iii. Loss of goodwill.
Iv. Loss of customers.
v. Loss of capital.
vi. Damage to reputation.
vii. Loss in connection with any other contract,
viii. Loss of data, or indirect, consequential or special loss, damage or expense.
We may, at our expense, assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter you indemnify us against, and if so you agree to cooperate with us.
