What you’re providing is the licence to use your content.
License: Once you upload a content, you’re making your content available to buyers and downloaders to use under certain circumstances; you’re not truly vending the content itself. What you’re selling includes authorization directly to the buyer or downloader to use that content under the relevant license options that we set. Buyers do not have any right to transform or modify any contents on Grino Music unless stated by the artist or with ply authorization from the legal contents holder.
The total price for content on Grino Music is made up of:
a. Content Price: The content price is made up of a license fee (license chosen for the content.
b. Handling Fee: In some transactions, the total checkout price may include a handling fee from an individual payment provider or its third party services.
c. Taxes: Some transactions may be subject to taxes that may apply.
d. Your Earnings: When your contents are patronised on Grino Music, you will earn accordingly the price component of the list price service charge by Grino Music.
The service fee is what you are charged by Grino Music for use of our platform and services as a content holder.
This service charge you pay to us is set out in the rates schedule that we can change at our discretion, from time to time.
Any changes to these rates will take effect on and from the date on which we post notice of the variation on Grino Music.
e. Setting The Prices Of Contents: As a content holder, you are responsible for setting the prices for your contents. This is known as ‘Owner Focused Pricing’. You must make all pricing decisions independently. Discussions about your pricing decisions are not permitted under any circumstances.
