AKWAABA – You are welcome to the Grino Music digital streaming platform! We’re pleased to have you here and we hope you appreciate your stopover. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Grino Music’ it means the stuff that runs the Grino Music sites and Mobile App.
Grino Music’s digital platform is designed to help artists around the world to get artistic and global recognition. Besides, they can monetise their creative talent; one of the means to curb piracy to some extent.
When you create an account as an artist, Promoter or Record Label and accept these Terms and Conditions, you become a member. You will have a Grino Music account. With this account, you can buy and sell contents and make other related transactions.
Grino Music is a platform that allows members to buy and sell licenses to use digital contents like singles, EPs, soundtracks, audiobooks, Albums and much more. On Grino Music, buyers and sellers (artists, promoters, and record label) transact with each other directly. Buyers become fans and followers and this widens the Artist audience and revenue.
If you have a Grino Music account, your transactions are recorded on your member’s report, which registers the payments made by you to artistes via Grino Music (as a buyer/follower) and by buyer/followers via Grino Music to you (as an artist, promoter or record label).
The content on Grino Music is owned by the sellers (artists, promoters, record label). The items on Grino Music Mobile App and the Website are uploaded at the direction of the content owners. We provide platform services; we do not take ownership of the items.
During your time with us, you agree to follow the ground rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions so please read and understand them. If you don’t assent to the Terms and Conditions then your existence on and use of the Grino Music is conditional on your approval to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Acceptable Use Policy whether you become a member or not.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These agreements set forth the Terms and Conditions which apply to the use of Grino Music mobile app and or website, any business activities with Grino Music and or its affiliate partners. The right to use any services and product on this platform is personal and not transferable to any other person or entity.
DEFINITIONS
Grino Music Limited shall mean all area and any free or paid services offered or available on the interactive online services operated by Grino Music Limited. It consists of intellectual contents by Grino Music Limited and its Partners, Artistes, Record Labels, Promoters, Contents Owners etc.
PREFACE
Grino Music Limited shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our services. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletion shall be effective immediately upon notice, hereof, which may be given by means including, not limited to, and posting on the site, app notifications, SMS, email or voice call.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This platform shall be used for lawful purposes only. No material shall be posted on or transmitted through the site by any user which can violate the regulations of the site or infringes on, in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy. The sites/App contain copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information including text, software, photos, videos, graphics, logos, audios, etc.
You may not:
a. Select or use a member name or phone number, e-mail address of another person with the intent to impersonate that.
b. Use member name, phone number or e-mail address of anyone else without permission.
c. Use member name in violation of intellectual property rights.
d. You shall provide accurate, complete and updated information at the time of your registration.
e. This platform contains links to other websites, resources and advertisers. The site is not responsible for the availability of these external links nor does not endorse its activities. Grino Music Limited shall not be held responsible or liable in connection with the use of such links.
f. You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, Internet data/Wi-Fi, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and the use of these services and all charges that related.
g. Remember all information provided by Grino Music Limited and its partners are accessible to all registered users at any time unless specified.
MONITORING
Grino Music Limited shall have the right and the obligation to monitor any contents and services to determine the Compliance with this Agreement and any other operating LAW, RULES AND REGULATION that may apply from time to time.
Grino Music Limited shall have the right on its own sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on the site. Without limiting the foregoing shall have the right and obligation to remove any bleach contents and services.
